But not in reality yet (still off till next Tuesday).
We had a great time. Both the kids traveled great (sorry Jen). We ate lots, swam lots, slept little and walked a bunch. Griffin was a pool boy; he loved being in the water from sun up to sun down. Carson chilled on the hot tubs step when he was not floating around in his little boat (so funny).
Griffin made a few little friends. It was fun to see him run in the grass and swimming in the pool with he new friend Bella. We were on the ground floor which was perfect: outside our sliding glass door was this nice patch of lawn for the kids to play and a cute path that led to the pool - super convenient. One day Randy took us for a drive and we ended up going to this great little museum. They even had a scavenger hunt for the kids. I think Randy and I got into it more than Griffin. We were determined to earn the "extra credit" point and try to find the brass elephant hidden one of the displays. (yes, we did find it!!!!)
I hated to leave the sun, the fun. But it's always nice to come home and sleep in you own bed.
