end of the season...

This afternoon we went to Griffin's soccer party.

Carson was right there with the big boys playing and joking around.  Those boys are so good to him.  Griffin's award was for the fastest player.  My little man does have some fast legs on him.  My hope is that he will try out for track at some point in his life.  I have great memories of my years on the track team.

Fingers are crossed we have the same group of boys on next season's team.

Yesterday was Griffin's 1st soccer game.

We had a great time. The sport of soccer seems to be huge here. I was in awe with the amount of people and the number of games that were going on at the soccer park yesterday. Just imagine a sea of people attending multiple games in each age group. It was pretty amazing.

Griffin had a blast. He ran his heart out, shot a goal and completely enjoyed every moment. I so like this sport more than T-Ball. I was cheering my heart out. Let see how happy I am when the weather turns and the rain joins us at the game.

How cute is my guy in his soccer stuff?

I think this is one of the most precious things I have ever seen. He did great at his 1st practice and the coach was impressed with his skills.

I just hope he has fun playing.
