Instead of going out last night, Randy and I rented a movie. It was a choice between the movie we got; the 4th movie in the Fast and the Furious franchise; and "I Love You Man". We should have picked "I Love You Man".
I love a good car movie (as long as it has muscle cars in it); throw in some eye candy named Vin Diesel and Paul Walker and I am in heaven. I have enjoyed the other Fast and the Furious movies over the years so I was looking forward to this one. Man, it sucked. The eye candy was pretty good but the dialogue was so predicable. There was little in the way of muscle cars and the plot was a bit sad.
Oh well, you win some you lose some. If this is on your list to see, by pass it. You will not regret it.

what would you do....
I watched Deep Impact over the weekend. Not sure when it was made, I would say in the past few year. It was a really good movie. The story was about this huge meteor that was heading towards earth and what the final 10 months would be like.
The whole time I was watching it I was asking myself what would I do if this was real life. To be honest, I hope that the government would keep it a secret and I would die as I went about my day to day life. I really don't want to know the end is near unless it is less than an hour away. That would give me enough time to run home and hold my babies close to me, hug my hubby tight and hang on till the end. We can all take our last breaths together.
I want to see this movie again in order to really take it all in. To digest the meaning and process the events. I highly recommend this film.
