Made a new recipe Sunday night called Fiesta ravioli. It was quite good. You cook 25oz ravioli(it calls for beef, but you could use cheese.) In a large skillet you put a 10oz can enchilada sauce & 8oz salsa and let that heat through. When ravioli's cooked, drain and add to skillet. PUt a can of olives on top and 8oz. monterey jack cheese. Cover for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted. Craig and I really liked it. Of course being the nice mommy I am I pulled out some raviolis before I added it to the other stuff for my girls.
Brenna liked them but Alanna just spit them out and threw them on the floor. Typical her right now!
I love to try new EASY recipes so I'll let you know some more later.
