Today was....
Christmas!!!!
Getting woken up at 3:30 by the sound of little feet in the hall way
Not being able to fall back asleep
Boys finally getting up at 5:50 am!!!!
Waiting for Grandpa to show up at 7
Presents
Cinnamon rolls (a family tradition)
Thanking God for everything we have
Relaxing for a bit
Brunch with brother and his family
More presents
Playing with games and toys
Cleaning up all the boxes, wrapping paper and "things", getting everything in it's own spot and vacuuming up the mess
Sitting back and enjoying a clean house with Randy, while the kids were out playing
Getting bags and lunches packed for tomorrow
Back to reality
*Randy and I are so very thankful for the life that we have. We have been blessed with health and happiness so far in our life. We feel a bit guilty for all that we received this year; but understand that it's not like this every year. Hope to bring more faith back into the holiday next year.
