Before Carson was born, I was concerned that I could not love him as much as Griffin (do you remember this conversation Elizabeth?). I was so in love with G that I thought there was no way I could feel that feeling for another.
Man was I wrong!
The moment Carson was put on my chest, all wet and icky, my heart opened up and made space for him. I am still in awe of him; the love I feel for that little guy; the amount he moves me.
Happy 6th birthday my sweet baby. I hope I bring as much joy into your life that you do mine. I will forever love you; I will forever be grateful for you.
