Had a few struggles with my oldest tonight. I wanted to pick up the phone and call one of my girlfriends to see if they had experienced what I was going through, but didn't have the courage to ask. Parenting can be very hard at times.
After a good cry and sometime alone (for me) , I was able to come out of my room and be a mommy again. I may not be the mother I want to be all the time, but I try my best. I hope my sons recognize and can appreciate this.
Learning from my mistakes tonight.
