Best part about vacation is spending so much time as a family unit. So fun to just hang with these three amazing people; my happy meter is over flowing with happiness and joy.
Today we slept in late and had pancakes for lunch. Did some people watching and felt the sun on our skin. We took the boys to play mini golf, but once we got there the sign said "no players under 6". The lady looked at C and said "sorry, but he can ride the bumper cars" Really, a 4 year old can't play mini golf but he can ride the bumper cars ~ just does not seem right to me.
C was pretty upset, he even cried a bit. To cheer him up we took him to play some video games; that did the trick.
After playing some games we ran into a little boy who seemed lost; he had tears in his eyes when I asked him if he knew where his mommy and daddy were ~ he did not. We told him it would be all right and within a few minutes we located his family. His parents seemed unfazed by the fact that he was lost; a stranger had to point out to them that Randy and I found their child wondering around. They didn't even look at us to say "thanks" poor little guy.
Time to head off to bed soon, can't wait to see what tomorrows adventures will be.
