I love long weekends, they feel like such a treat. This was one of the best weekends ever.
Weather was nice (but not great ~ no rain so I should shut up and be happy). Had dinner with friends, did the car show (G spent the day with daddy while C and i took our time before going to the show), looked for crabs with the boys and finally got some flowers in the ground (Gman was a huge help). It's starting to feel a little more like summer. All that is left is to put the patio set out and wait for the sun.
Booked the last hotel for our vacation in Aug and got the kids all signed up for swimming lessons. I can see me now, sitting by the pool with my book relaxing while the boys learn how to navigate in the water ~ very peaceful. I wonder what reality will be like?
