I have noticed over time that if I get to much sugar my body tends to hate me for it. I lose energy (not a good thing to lose when you have 2 very active boys), I become pretty cranky (sorry Randy) and I tend to gain weight.
So, today was my 1st day in trying to reduce the amount I eat. I did pretty well; lets see what day two has in store for me. I did come home with a huge headache after the gym. But that could have been me pushing myself to hard.
Fingers crossed I can stay strong; I really want this stuff out of my system.
PS: Guess I should remove the HUGE brownie off of my banner.
