Griffin has really taken off swimming. I stare at him in awe of his ability to swim in the water. I can not believe this is the same boy who just 2 months ago would not step foot in a pool. He is now doing cannon balls off the side.
On Monday we started round 2 of swimming lessons. He really didn't want to go because he was afraid to go off the diving board. Lucky for him, day one there was no diving board. Day two was D day. Was my man scared? Did an instructor have to throw him in like the last 4 times? Heck NO!!!!
He was so proud of himself. You could see him beam with pride. Today he was the first in line- yes the first in line. Boy, he makes me sit and stare in wonder at him. I love you G.

Sounds like our boys are similar in their "trying of new things". Brady is a "no way, Jose" kinda guy. He needs details of what to expect before he'll even consider things (like how many stalls in a new bathroom, or how dark/fast the slide is at Arne Hanna pool...)
I hope Aiden has the same experience in a couple of weeks at lessons.
