To make a long story short Griffin's front tooth has been dying for some time. About 3 years ago a dentist told us to pull it, Randy said "no way". We have been taking him to our dentist since and they have kept a good eye on it.
Last week one of the roots on this tooth decided it had enough and let go. One root did not give up that easily and hung on for dear life. The front tooth was hanging sideways in his mouth for a few days. It was quite the sight.
Finally daddy was able to touch the tooth and get it out. G could not stop looking at himself in the mirror. Every time he eats now he comments how much better he can chew his food.
Now when I look at him, he seems so much older. So much bigger. Is it possible for him to age that fast in one day?

Griffin looks like someone punched out his tooth in that picture! Randy wasn't that 'persuasive' was he???
Yes, they do start growing up way too fast don't they!
I can't wait for Natalie's dead tooth to fall out! What a relief!
