On Sunday, I headed out to take photos of my dear friend Jen and her family. We have been planning this for sometime and the time was finally here. A huge thanks to her for letting me do this!
I was a bit nervous; I have never done a family shoot and I really wanted to get some great shots of them. The weather was perfect, the family was beautiful. The time flew by and I raced home to see the images.
I was a bit disappointed in some of them. I broke a few photography rules; but it was a great learning experience. I hope Jen sees a few that she likes (I took 244). Here are a few of my favorites.
Anyone out there looking for some free family/kid pictures, please let me know. I need practice, practice, practice. I stepped out of my comfort zone and I am ready to do it again.

Good Job Lady! Love the one of Meelers taking crackers from Jen..and the leg shots of the kids...yeah you! You are SO more than welcome to use the kids whenever...let me know, i'd owe you HUGE!
