I joined the PTA. I am now an active mom in the school system.
I had to sit on my hands to keep from volunteering for everything. So far I am on two committees (yeah).
Hope I can keep up with these ladies, the meeting got a bit intense and there was some tears. Wow!!!!

Oh my lordy, Rebecca's a PTA mom! I signed up for some activities, but the sight of those PTA moms intimidated me! Standing in the foyer with their clipboards, it was like "sign up, or else!".
I'm actually excited to participate in Brady's school experience, as they get older, this is the only way we'll still see them/be involved with their "other" life.
