I need ideas on how to keep all the stuff that comes home from school. Just wondering what others do out there. Do you throw it in a box, do you have a special place, a note book, album, anything that you keep this stuff in?
Any ideas would be great.

O.K. this is bad but the recycle box works great! Just don't let them see it in there! Can't keep ALL that stuff. I do have her journals and some art projects etc. still though.
Okay so you wanna know what we've started? We keep about half, put in a box to be sorted later...and then once a month or so, sort through and scan. Then after scanning, we only keep a few of the most prized pieces! :) By scanning, you reduce the clutter, can share with family and it makes a fun video for them to watch. Thomas and Jackson loved watching it! Have fun...:) E
I started taking a picture of some of the projects that come home from school. Then I hang them up on the fridge until we get a replacement and then they "disappear."
I love the movie idea!
We don't get a lot of artwork around here but I'm interested in those springloaded front hinged wall frames to display artwork. They hold up to 50 sheets of paper and they're inexpensive. I found similar ones at pottery barn for way more money. For schoolwork I have a 3 ring binder that I hole punch his work and place inside in chronological order. At the end of the school year I pick a few pieces (10 ish) and place them in my super duper school years file box!
