Yep, we are looking for a new nanny.
Ours is transferring to another school. I posted an ad last week but only have a hand full of responses. I sure hope we can find a good one. I hate this process. It eats me up, makes my tummy hurt and sends my "mommy brain" into overdrive (I always come up with scenarios on what can go wrong).
