It was pretty darn good. Monday and Tuesday the boys and I spent time out at Birch Bay with Ms. L and her kids. The weather was perfect and the kids had a blast getting dirty. I even was able to spend an hour by myself on the front porch of the cabin reading my book in peace (heaven).
Wednesday it was my day to paint the boy's bathroom. I LOVE how it turned out. I still need to get a white cabinet for behind the toilet.
Thursday we went blueberry picking with Jen and her two little ones. Check out Jen's post about it here: (http://westcoastaune.blogspot.com/ Griffin decided to pick for the other team so I was left on my own. I did quite well in an hour.
Friday we headed out to Kara's for a mini birthday celebration for Miss Alanna. I was able to visit with Kara's sister, that was a special treat.
My "to do" list is still long, didn't manage to cross to many items off. I have another "mini" vacation in 3 weeks, maybe I will get more done than.
I will be sitting at work in 12 hours. Vacations are never long enough. Oh well, I am happy I have a job!
