My great friend Lyndie invited me and the boys out to her family's cabin at Birch Bay today. I always have a great time out there and was super excited that today I was going. I hope to make this the 1st trip of many this year.
The weather was perfect. The sun was out and the tide was low when we reached the sand (ok the rocks). Carson had a bit of a hard time with it; at one point he became stuck in the muck and when I pulled him free, his shoe was stuck in the mud.
It never fails, sand gets everywhere and I love it. I get to take a bit of the beach home with me when I leave.
A HUGE thanks Lyndie for another round of wonderful memories. I am so touched that you enjoy spending that much time with me and my boys. Your the best and those hot dogs rocked!!!!

I'm so bummed I didn't go out...i'm SO there next time! And umm...did I read that right? Lyndie served hot dogs?!?! Yay Lyndie!
They were turkey cheese dogs... I'm getting there... baby steps!
