Phase II of our skylights started yesterday. I am one happy, happy lady.
Last fall we had a new roof put on so we had the company install 4 skylights. Since they are a roofing company, all they could do was install they were unable to cut our ceiling, frame them up and drywall. It took a while but we finally decided to finish this project.
My husband is sick and tired of hearing me whine about them. I wouldn't be surprised if he wanted to sell the house after this. So many bad memories attached to them.
I came home last night and walked into the family room. I had to stop and soak it all in. I had natural light! I spun around and did a happy dance. My house may be in a total disarray but I don't' care. I have light. We are so impressed with the work the Randy's cousin is doing. He is amazing.

Jealous! I love skylights, and want one desperatley in my closet!
Yaay! I'm sure it will make such a big difference especially in the winter!
