I just logged my complaint with the BBB of Washington. Not sure if it will do anything, but it feels great to let them know what I think of them since they will not pick up the phone.
sic 'em! I'm learning to channel my inner bad-ass now that I have children, I find that I don't let the world treat me (and my family) like crap. Good girl!
