I think the saying "you can't teach an old dog new tricks" is right.
Everyday I look at different photographers web sites and I am blown away by their photos. I know a lot of it is hard work and great skills (still building mine, think I will be 90 by the time I get there), but a percentage is good old Photoshop.
Photoshop scares me. So many steps and layers to work with. I have a book that walks me through almost anything, but I am still LOST (just not on the island with the hot doctor! - bummer, sorry Randy). Maybe I will try to push back the boundaries and try to learn a few items in Photoshop in 2008. I know if I do, I will love the outcome, now I just have to find the time to do it.
If you see this old dog, give her a treat and pat her on the head, we all need love right????

I know how you feel. I check out all this beautiful photography online and then I take a picture and it looks horrible in comparison. (you take great pictures) but I realize that they do alot of photoediting in photoshop. I hope you can figure it all out and teach me !!
