This weekend we celebrated my birthday. The idea is that I (the birthday girl) gets to do whatever I want. I was having a hard time deciding what do to but finally settled on shopping.
On Saturday we (randy and the boys and I) headed down to Lynnwood to go to the Alderwood Mall. I LOVE this mall. I think Randy and I are insane for taking two boys shopping, lets just say it was an adventure. The mall was pretty packed and I felt a bit crowded. But after one meltdown (mine), a hot chocolate and some time, it turned out pretty darn good.
The best part about this place is the outside mall. The weather was great; we took a break and let the kids be kids for a while.
Meet Tiny, the newest dino to enter the Brethauer home. Seriously, I think we need an addition to hold them all.
After browsing through the shops it was time for dinner. We headed to Everett to The Outback. It was a bit of a wait but Griffin and Carson found a friend to play with. Once we got our table, the waitress could see we were all starving so she loaded us up with bread. Carson played on the table and devoured the carbs.
We were taking silly pics while we were waiting for our food. I bet the people around us were loving that! I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate my day. Thanks boys for making me feel so special.
