fire station and dinos....

Saturday was a day that revolved around boy things.

In the morning we headed down to the fire station around the corner from us. A few times a year they have a pancake feed that Griffin loves to go to. The last one was in April and he has been asking to take Jackson to the next one. Yesterday Jackson, his brother and mom headed down with us for a yummy time.

After our time playing on the fire truck and fire house (a cool little house that teaches kids what to do in a fire) we headed home. Jackson stayed the rest of the day. I can't believe the two of them played dinosaurs for over 5 hours. I think it's an obsession at this point! Glad that my son is not the only one that eats, sleeps and breaths dinos.

That evening we had my good Friend Kara come over for dinner. He hubby is gone for 9 days so I thought this would be a great way to get her out of the house for a night. The kids always have fun hanging out. No pics (what was I thinking) but if you saw my house when they left, you would of known they had fun.
