Monday night Griffin was able to do a very special thing - stay the night with Grandma and Grandpa motorhome. We took him down at 6:00 to meet them at the store. We got there a bit early to he could purchase the two dinosaurs he's been wanting. He was so excited.
Randy and I were a bit scared; we tried a sleep over last year and it didn't go very well. We went home and got Carson ready for bed. The evening felt off. The house was to quite. No commotion, no loud sounds, no Griffin running around. Not right!
About 8:45 I called to check in. At that point Griffin wanted to come home but my mom was able to change his mind. He watched a bit of base ball and fell asleep in my mom's bed while my dad was sent to the couch for the night.
In the morning I called to check in and Griffin was having the time of his life. He did not want to come home! We can't wait for him to be able to do this again.

One of the benifits of having big brother out for the nigth, we get to do new things! Here is Carson, sitting in the bath with no bath seat!!!!
